Problem Note 31668: Intermittent failures occur when you run multiple distributions using a spring-based configuration

If you are using the Output Generation tool (that is, the SAS® BI Report Services) and you run multiple jobs simultaneously, it is possible that intermittent failures can occur. In addition, you might receive an error similar to the following:
Exception in thread "main" org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'discoveryService' defined in URL [file:/install/dma_dashmig/SAS/Lev1/Applications/SASBIReportServices4.2/spring.x ml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is com.sas.services.ServiceException: Unable to create metadata source. A SAS Metadata Repository host must be specified using property "omr_host". [ java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: A SAS Metadata Repository host must be specified using property "omr_host". ]
There is no workaround for this problem. The problem has been fixed in the second maintenance releases for SAS® 9.2 (TS2M2) and SAS BI Report Services (4.2_M2).
